Third bout on the Showtime triple-header, btw, is the intriguing Erickson Nick "The Hammer" Lubin vs. Luís "Cuba" Arias light middleweight crossroads affair.

On the undercard, for some reason, Caleb Truax is returning after 2½ years.

 

From a promoter's standpoint, yeah I get it, he's Minnesota's local fave. But he got shut out by Plant in the Battle of the Calebs and has long since disappeared from the rankings, and is now popping up at light heavyweight versus a 6-2-1 guy. If this isn't a one-off, endgame is totally inscrutable.
