    The former BFF/protégé/training partner of Román González is facing indictment for conspiring with his mother to hire a hit-man in the assassination of a middle-aged lawyer against whom the family reportedly had a longstanding beef.     If he's guilty, we've probably seen the last in a ring of 26-year-old Choccoroncito, who last competed just a few months ago in an unsuccessful bid for the IBF world straw title in which he was shut out & stopped in eight by rising star Hiroto Kyoguchi. It will be interesting to see if his old pal Chocolatito - who is planning a comeback of his own, targeting a shortlist of either Irán Díaz, Luis Concepción, Hernán Márquez & Jamie Conlan, for a Cinco de Mayo date - will comment on the news, or be affected by it.
