Consistency is not a common trait amongst many of our boxingforum24.com residents.

I just don’t understand why it was acceptable to praise Inoue and Beterbiev to the high heavens the last few weeks but all of a sudden it’s going too far. Makes no sense.

Notice how no one is saying that Bam is in any P4P lists. People are just excited by what this kid can bring to the table.

Eddie Hearn said he already might be a P4P great. :deal:

He very well can be if he manages to stack wins against Chocolatito or Gallo. My goodness that would already be 3 future HOFers on his resume

It's crazy to think about. He's so young, he still has so much room to grow, but already is making noise in the sport.

Technically that would already put him in the HOF, but since there’s so much more time to improve he can do so much more onwards. The skies the limit for him.

I'd hoped Rungvisai had one more good fight in him, I knew he'd lose early rounds but by the start of the 4th I knew it was all over. To me his punches looked forced , pushing them with no fluidity and Bam's speed made it even worse. Post fight even Bam said after 2 rounds Sor wasn't hitting as hard and he knew he had him. Hated to see this always admired this guy in the ring.

@JOKER You’bere being stupid. There’s no reason to get butthurt over Rodriguez getting praised just because you’re in love with another fighter from lower weight classes.

Inoue is obviously the truth, Bam seems to be also. He may not be as good as he showed last night, or he may be even better. Try to enjoy the ride instead of being a simple goon always looking to pick sides and turn it into “us vs them”.

Pointing out that Bam beat back to back shells is butt hurt? Or is it proper perspective?

    Mad numb.

You’re triggered that Bam is getting all the attention and praise even though NO ONE is saying that he’s a P4P fighter. It seems like you just don’t like him taking the spotlight for the week.
Chill. The hype and excitement for him will die down once the next big fight happens. Relax man.

    I dunno.

Rungvisai has never exactly been a speed demon and has always relied more on power and timing than on fluid combination punching. Rodriguez didn't give him as many opportunities to find the openings that he had against other fighters. He had enough moments of success and was stargeting the body with enough venom to make me think that he wasn't completely done last night. Like, this iteration might stll have been able to avege that defeat to Cuadras had the fight gone on as planned earlier in the year. He just wasn't beating a younger, faster and defensively sound Bam Rodriguez.
