    Round 3

Morales is getting overwhelmed as Gesta jumps in from different angles working left uppercuts and diving plows into the midsection and swatting with quick right hooks up top before spinning away. Morales has his hands full just twirling to keep up with Gesta's movement, in contrast barely unsticking his own legs from the canvas, and not timing his counters all that well as he banks on catching Gesta coming in. He finally does in the final minute with a big right hand, and follows up with a couple of more but they just graze as Gesta dances around him.

    10-9 Gesta

    30-27 Gesta

WTF? Dougie off his game tonight. I swear he usually does KSAB, but goddamn - he actually gave Morales the second and third, and has Morales up 29-28 as of now. :dunno

    Round 4

Morales is pumping both arms out in Gesta's direction, retracting to a base position with his elbows flanking his ribs, stepping across the ring toward Gesta, trying just to get his measure with the left to line up a right hand. Gesta not giving him a stationary target, yeeting himself from end to end, dipping his upper body in (resulting in a head clash that opens a cut on the right eye of Morales) and slapping with quick hooks while gliding past Morales.

    10-9 Gesta, close

    40-36 Gesta

Dougie has it 38-38, but I think he was just having a stroke for a couple of rounds there..

    Round 2 Gesta 10-9
    Round 3 Gesta 10-9
    Round 4 Gesta 10-9
    Round 5 Gesta 10-9

Another dominant Gesta round, he rocked Morales to his core with a picture perfect straight left to the mouth.

I think he drinks during these broadcasts. I also like Dougie but he’s not really been the best during these broadcasts lately lol

    Round 5

Morales is trying his damnedest to establish that left jab and pin a few tails on the donkey before he feels confident enough to loose the right cross (and leave himself open in so doing). Gesta ducking and scurrying all over the place, and catches Morales unawares with a BIG left hand lead. Morales is rattled but is able to remain calm and jab at Gesta to keep him at bay, although he still catches a few more power shots upside the head from the Filipino before the dust settles. Morales is getting backed into the corner now, Gesta stalking behind a high guard until he's right on top of Morales and then doubling up on a powerful right hook, bashing through Morales' guard.

    10-9 Gesta

    50-45 Gesta

I hate it when they try to pass off guys that go the distance with world class fighters a few times and then start marketing them as potential world beaters, when the best win they have on their record is a SD over a guy that just got shut out by the corpse of Oquendo.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t their lowest viewed card of the series. Nothing really that appealing about the card outside of the fact that it’s boxing on a Thursday. Also had to compete with Thursday Night Football and the NBA being back

Coach, says Morales is clearly confident he has this under control, while he's literally in the process of getting his **** pushed in.
