Prolly guy with biggest heart ever!!!

I mean consider this. He went twelve rounds with Mayweather being much smaller.. yet a celebrated warrior like Gatti quit after 6 even though he was much bigger then Mayweather. He just never quit or stopped coming weather he was in ring against prime Erik Morales or busted up open as was the case on Klitschko vs. Williams undercard. He truly humbed me watching just cause he was all heart.

Anyone know where I can get his biography movie called MORE THEN FAMOUS?? I;m trying to get more info on him.

The second best Carlos Hernandez of all time, though the gap between he and the original is quite large.

Hernandez was(and I suppose still is) extremely tough and as people here have mentioned shows huge heart everytime and always brings it.
I really felt for him when he lost to Bobby Pacquiao, I was so sure he won that fight and imo he was robbed. I suppose there's nothing special about that fight, just typical Hernandez but he was matched against another exciting fighter in B-Pac and it was quite entertaining.

Jesus Chavez imo is drastically underated if you look at his fight against Mayweather where he showed he is much more than a crude brawler you'll see how good he is. He worked his way in with the jab and concentrated on the place where he could hit Mayweather effectively(the body) and that fight was actually quite close till Chavez's corner called it off.

Look at how well he did with only one working arm against Erik Morales, most fighters would have just been taken apart had that happened to their shoulder, but Chavez perseveered and made things very difficult for Morales.

As someone mentioned above, if you weren't elite then Chavez would beat you and if you were elite then you were in for a very tough nights work.

Two tremendously tough men with a shitload of heart.

i thought of him as an equal to jesus chavez, they both had tremendous work rates (chavez was more busier and accurate) and where both aggressive fighters (hernandez was more physically strong) and both new how to evade punches using a crouching defense. i remember when hernandez fought chavez, to me it looked like two twin brothers fighting each other in a fight that chavez won by split decision but was a very even fight.

i think hernandez best attribute was his courage and heart and i think he best physical gift could have been his physical strength, he was very strong.
