Carlos Monzon death pictures X-rated

    Louis passed away 1981. Not unless they knew he was going to die three years previously and all the greats decided to donate some purse money and buy Louis a headstone for his grave. They are attending to see if the headstone was what they ordered from the funeral parlour.

    I would guess 1987 or 1989--either the 50th anniversary of Louis winning the title or the 75th of his birth.

    I don't think it was 1981 because Walcott seems older than he would have been in 1981 I think.

    Also, the grave looks a few years old--not freshly covered.

    And, it seems odd that Louis' son would wear a tan suit at his father's funeral, not black. In fact, no one is wearing black. While they are solemn, I would guess it is a celebration of some sort to honor Louis.

    Another guess--something to do with the opening of the Hall of Fame in 1989?

    And another clue. They are not marking any anniversary of Louis' death. Not that it would much difference to someone guessing the correct year. Two part question, what year and why are they there?

    Where are the dead body pics? That's why I clicked to get in here. Sorry if someone has never been to a funeral home and viewed a dead body, and is offended by this.

    One last guess. Could it be some sort of celebration on June 22, 1993, the 55th anniversary of the 2nd Schmeling fight, and the date the postal service made Joe Louis the first boxer to appear on a first-class postage stamp?

    The picture was taken on May 13th, 1986. It was to mark the 72nd anniversary of Louis' birth.

    If you look at Leonard, it doesn't look anything like the youthful Leonard of the early 80's. Just looks like him from around the Hagler fight, but with slightly longer hair.

    And look at Michael Spinks. He had a Jackson 5 up hairstyle until the mid-80's. This was one month after the Holmes rematch.
