    Excellent. Love watching Monzon. He was slow all the time... except when he had to be quick. One the greatest masteries of range the sport has seen.

    I think Monzon would have Hagler figured out...but not vice versa.

    jowcol, we're damned near always on the same page (and the same age:cool:)...think about it, Monzon, Patterson, Griffith, Young...and I know I'm like a broken record haha..

    Another one of his strengths that can't be denied. In the championship rounds, Monzon was calm, focused, and the one in control. This is why it was very difficult for fighters to have sustained success against him.. Monzon Hagler is one helluva a fight
