Oh man,...Ortiz gives Chapo the boxing lesson of his life. Wouldn't come close to winning or knocking down Carlos...and Ortiz may very well have stopped Rosario.

Ortiz. He fought some really great lightweights of the late 60's : Sugar Ramos; Laguna, Flash Elorde, Joe Brown, Kenny Lane, Nicolino Locche, Teo Cruz, etc.

I think it would have been a lot like Ortiz' bouts with Battling Torres or Len Matthews. Two tremendous bangers, but Carlos brought another facet to the game. He not only could slug it out with these guys if he wanted to, but was so much better at methodically breaking them down before going for the kill. I see him breaking down Rosario - not without sampling some of Edwin's right hands - and stopping him around the 11th round.

Viva La Batalla de Puerto Rico! Ortiz is a lightweight on another level, probably top 10 Atg at 135, maybe higher. Chapo will land some, but Carlos' all around superiority will prove be the difference here.
