Quintana might fight WBO 154lbs World Champion-Alfredo Angulo next
    By Rey Colon

Carlos 'El Indio' Quintana (28-3, 22KOS), who last Friday returned from a ten month layoff to pick up a nine round TKO win over Yoryi Estrella, could return in his next fight against the dangerous

, who has a record of 19-1, with 16 knockouts.

"El Perro Angulo was mentioned and we'll see what happens. I liked what happened [in his last fight] because it took him nine rounds of work. He won every round.

Now with a fight against Angulo, he has to go out there and be perfect. He's a complicated opponent to box, but Kermit Cintron boxed him and won. I'll try to get him here for a seven to eight week camp. For this fight, we were in San Juan for only three weeks," said his trainer Jose Bonilla.

Quintana is past it and inconsistent but it will still be entertaining.

I want to see Perro Angulo vs. Miguel Cotto, Manny Pacquiao, James Kirkland, and Rcardo Mayorga (cause Mayorga looks clumsy/funny when he gets KO'd).

Quintana should be favored here IMO. This could be another Quintana-Julio.
Actually thats exactly how i see it. The wild card is which Quintana shows up. Is it gonna be the guy who many thought could rule WW or the unmotivated Quintana who fights once a year.
Depending on which Quintana shows up will show the outcome. I would put my money on Angulo just because he is the fresher one but Quintana is a favorite of mine and if he shows up in top shape he will take this.

They're both ducking Soto. The winner should just man up and fight Soto.

It was a conspiracy against him, but I was criticizing Arum, HBO, and others for their discrimintary practices against Angulo in other webisites, and they've listened to my complaints, and will now put Angulo on the boxing radar map.

**** an Angulo, he lost to Kermit Cintron lol. If he wants to beat up on a rican he should rematch. Or maybe fight a relevant Rican - Cotto.

Yeah. I think hes both, but hopefully the good top fighter in Quitana would show up. I don't think Angulo is anything else but a puncher anyways. Quitana is a better boxer overall even if he comes in slacking.
