Of course quintana can. Berto did not exactly have an easy time with louie, and struggled with the inside game louie was throwing at him. I personally dont think quintana has a better inside game than louie, but he is way better on the outside where he needs to take it. Berto has one mean ass straight right. Quintana is going to lose this one if he gets in close.

 

except for one little thing called 'momentum'. Quintana has none of that right now left. He is the one we are asking questions about in this fight, not berto. He got KO'ed by cotto, and then by the punisher. All in all however, the welterweight division is so good that we should be lucky to have fights like this on the regular month in, month out.
