Bantamweight FOTC,,,I'd take that version of Zarate to dismantle Inoue

I am ashamed to say that I know barely anything about those two. But thank you for sharing!
 what a first round. Does anyone have any info on that moron? Why did he do it and what were the consequences?

He's getting underrated by the day on here. I still believe he would've finished Fenech if it wasn't for the stoppage.

One of the best BW fights and it helps that both of them were bombers not afraid to go toe to toe. I still think Zarate would give Inoue a helluva fight.

Apparently he was just some drunk fan looking for some attention. I'm sure he was arrested at that moment.

Definitely check out Zamora and Zarate when you have time, great punchers and fun to watch. Zamora is arguably the hardest puncher at BW. Zarate is an ATG BW with a mean left hook to the body and a surgical like style who takes his time to break his opponents down.

Zarate immediately reminded me of Ricardo Lopez. There is something special about technical boxers from Mexico. The word "surgical" applies to them really well.

Zarate was pretty much the proto-type version of Ricardo Lopez. He wasn't as fleet footed or boxing oriented as Lopez since he was more of a stalker type but still used the same textbook form and technique. Cuyo Hernandez also trained both of them. I'm certain that Nacho Beristain picked up Lopez's style and used it on his other fighters that he would train later on.
