    Robinson I - superb display of his style in a classic match up.
    Tony DeMarco II - Walks through hell to defend his title, shows his mental fortitude as well as his physical skills to wreck DeMarco late.
    Saxton II - Isn't letting anyone get away with his title and absoloutly destroys his former vanquisher.

    Both fights with Tony DeMarco in 1955...and beating Sugar Ray for the title in 1957...

    Yeah, both Demarco fights, though I think the 2nd one is better.

    And Robinson.

    Just watched the rematch with Langlois, a superb display of boxing by Basilio for once. Really shows the more technical side of his game. Of course it is still a barn burner, but definitely in his top 5 performances, now IMO.

    Good thread I'll check some of these fights out. I've seen both Demarco fights, both Robinson fights, Fullmer fights and the Gavilan fight but will see more. I'm a big fan of Basilio.
