    I'm not doing weights right now since I feel that they do little for my boxing. Cardio and exercises with my body weight is far more beneficial. If I was 20 years younger and trained full time I might have benefitted from incorporating weights as well, though.

    As for the topic, the punch looks pretty legit to me. Sharkey's reaction perhaps seems a bit exaggerated, but not to the point where I would claim a dive/fix without supporting evidence.

    Used to have this on 8 mm, always looked like a forearm to me. With this crystal clear clip, it seems even more obvious. I like the way you show the delivery of the final contact on continuous repeat. Whatever hit him, The Boston Gob goes down face first, as if he had been hit by a massive puncher!

    My sister used to work for those murder experience weekends that you can attend.

    The story lines often involved her being poisoned, and having to go down realistically.

    She hurt herself a lot at first, but she said that her method was generally to go to her knees first, then take it from there.

    I don't think that she ever considered going face first to the floor!
