Bruno had one of the hardest right hands in boxing. The only question is how many times would Carnera be able to get up.
Thou Hast Hemmed Me In Behind and Before As long as you make it a point to comment on my threads, I'm going to follow you around and post nonsensical things on your threads. See how you like it

It took Joe Louis 7 rounds to KO Carnera. It took Baer 11. The two most dynamic punchers in the span of a decade, both in great form. At their peaks, I don't see Bruno having the success he would need to put Carnera away. And I don't see him winning on points either. Bruno does hit with some serious power, and has a chance to do some serious damage. But I'd have to favor Carnera.
Louis stopped Carnera in the 6th, Leroy Haynes did it inside 3 rds. I guess Bruno could replicate Haynes. Baer wasn't in great form with Carnera he ****ed about all night he could have finished matters a lot earlier if he had put his mind to it.He was criticized for taking so long. Primo lost to all the punchers he faced who weren't wearing handcuffs,he was even knocked down by Sharkey and a light heavy early in his career. He has nothing to hurt Bruno with, and if you can't hurt him you are getting banged out! * Joe Louis donated the proceeds of his sparring sessions for the Carnera fight to a fund for Sam Langford to have an eye operation which restored sight in one of Langford's eyes. This enabled Sam to attend the fight, his first for 5 years courtesy of Louis and Blackburn and actually see the bout. Louis also gave 2 exhibitions at the Pioneer Sporting Club in NY, the proceeds going to Langford.
It would be a horrible fight, a real hugest. If Bruno lands that right he could get the knockout but I think Carnera would avoid it and possibly out strength him to a decision.
