This. I saw that on 24/7. Him and roger always go for fast food after training. Froch admitted he has a maccys breaky most mornings in training. The rate they train its burnt off in an hour. Some people can eat **** and still keep it off no matter what. Genetics.

 

Yea i have this thing, were i eat fast food but i don't gain any weight. High motabolism or something like that.
