I think Mir might have put up a better fight had he known Carwin could knock him out at that close a range. He seemed unconcerned until the first bomb wobbled him. No doubt Mir's plan was to drag the fight into later rounds.
agree 100% Mir was just standing there looking unconcerned al together. by the time he realized this was a bad idea it was to late. Carwin has serious power and i think he will KO brock as well. i think Mir rocked brock a bit in their second fight and i think if carwin hits him it will be llights out.
I wasnt. You cant teach size. Mir added 20lbs of what looked like fat. In the clinches he was backed up immediately to the cage and simply manhandled. Carwin is a VERY big dude who is naturally that size and boasts natural strength and size. Its very easy to see in his build. If Mir had any common sense he would have been working on his strengths instead of adding 20lbs of nothing in attempt to outmuscle bigger guys. The fact that he thought he arrived with victorys over Nog and Kongo makes me realise even more why i think this guy is an arrogant *****.
