I think Nelson/Mir will be the fight. However they might want to save Mir for Lesnar's comeback as it's potentially a big money rubber match, or even Mir/Schaub, which Brendan Schaub asked for at the post-fight press conference.

So Big Country could end up fighting Big Nog or Cro-Cop. Both are still big names, both need fights.

The UFC will not give this fight to Cro Cop , the mans just been KO'd again !!! , in a fight were by and large he looked like **** , the UFC will either cut Cro Cop or bide there time and give him a couple of tomato cans on the way back up , who knows maybe Brendan big mouth Schaub may get him !!!

Big Nog from what we are led to beleive is still on the mend , it has to be Mir ...................

I dont think the UFC will make Lesnar Mir 3 just yet ................. clearly that fight is a huge fight if marketed and built up in the correct way i.e. one more win from each fighter should do the trick !!!!

I think Mir will fight Nelson and Lesnar will fight big Nog once the scars have healed on both fighters ................

IIRC they were doing that because he was showing no interest in signing a new contract and they didn't want him beating their top guys then signing somewhere else.

    :good

I think you might be right. Just checked the suspensions.

Big Nog out for the rest of 2010 at least.
    Cro-Cop out until April 2011.

Looks like Mir then, unless they are saving him for someone else. Big Nog could well fight Lesnar when he returns, with the amount they pay him, he won't be fighting journeymen any time soon. They need him fighting other big names to maximize PPV revenue.

Lesnar vs Big Nog and Mir vs Nelson is a good call. I like both fights alot.

Edit - Nog ain't what he once was but I feel he might need a win over a contender for people to still believe is a legit fighter at heavy. Otherwise anyone who beats him will be said to have beaten a shot fighter.

Thing is, if Lesnar tales Big Nog down he's in big trouble, standing he's bigger but Nog a decent boxer, Nogs punch resistance is fading big time but Lesnar is no striker....really, really interesting comeback for both IMO.

No way they do Lesnar-Nog. Nog is pay per view poision. I'd be frankly amazed if they don't do Mir-Lesnar.

Lesnar might be out for 6 months so thats not happening. Id honestly like to see the next TUF feature Lesnar vs Mir so id try and get Nelson in with Nogueira since he insist on fighting thats a quality co-main event.

Lesnar vs Mir would be an interesting TUF. Brock wouldn't like so much media though.

Agreed and I doubt Brock would wanna be away from his family and his home in Minnesota for 6 weeks. Dont have to explain the difference between Vegas and the life he is used to. Would like to see it being as it doesnt put any title on hold and personally I think it would benefit the fighters. Frank was a good coach in season 8 and Brock despite being an ******* has a good work ethic and would probably drive the hell out of his fighters. TUF coaches are usually announced by December so if it wont be these 2 guys im very curious to who else it would be.
