Oscar at 135 was a beast. I'd say Oscar. I think it would be hard to choose between oscar and floyd at 135. What do you think?

i would have to say Casa. I think he is a better boxer, and also being such a crafty southpaw might give Oscar abit too much irritation.

    Probably Oscar.

It wouldn't be easy though. Casa is one of those guys where I see him being competitive with most guys in history.

Actually the more I think about it, the more I'm not sure who wins it.

    Good matchup.

    Its a tight enough contest.

De la Hoya would have speed, power, natural strength, and a bit of an edge in stamina (this is before Trinidad and Mosley I).

Casamayor has a better defence, is a slippy-ass ******* in general, better counter-puncher, and fouls with the best of them

Both have great chins, so can't see a KO.

De la Hoya throws punches-in-bunches to eke out a close UD. Casamayor complains afterwards that he still believes that he has never been defeated.

    Of course.

Just like all those other guys who stopped a prime Casamayor.

If DLH somehow makes 135, it means he has a terrible illness or cut off an arm.

Oscar would beat Casamayor at 135, Oscar was strong at that weight. He'd be too agressive and be too busy for Casa to handle. Either a clear cut decision or a late TKO.

Strength works completely into Casamayors favour.

Corrales and hell, even that new guy Katsidis. Both STRONG like an ox. I've seen Katsidis work out, the guy is a physicaly strong beast of a lightweight.

I agree with being very busy and aggressive though but that works into Casa and his counter punching.

I think Casa would edge it or Oscar would win a controversial decision. No clear cut decisions for either.

DLH would never lose to the fighters casa has lost too. In other words casa is not in DLH's league, he isn't.
