He wasn't KO'ed - he was KD'ed.

Plus - he didn't seem hurt. It looked like he tried to get under the shots but ended up fall throw the rope when one landed. He got back in the ring, before the 8 count - when he actually had 20 second to get back in (check the rules). I don't think that shot hurt him - but there were plenty of other shots that did.

 

He is a mean, delusional, old ******* who doesn't believe anyone can beat him or even belongs in the ring with him. And thats part of what has made him great. Don't take this too seriously, Casa is just being Casa.

 

Yeah I don't think he gave Chico any credit in any of their fights either until he died.

 

Thats just the way casa is but he was hurt by that wicked body shot more than anything else. In one part of the fight he was holding on to survive the rest of the round.

 

that's just a tactic of a clever boxer - unlike his opponent.

casa was simply craftier than his opponent and picked his moment to ko his man

 

I agree he was hurt more from other shots than from that actual shot but he was legitamtly knocked out of the ring.

 

Casa was lying through his teeth. Max was like "what? did I hear this correctly" LMAO. The replays shows his painfuly expressions and shakey legs on some hooks to his face. I don't think anybody believes him when he said he wasn't hurt or that Katisdis doesn't hit hard.

 

I'd almost lose respect for Casamayor if he gave Katsidis any credit. This is the kind of **** that makes him who he is.

Actually......that hammers Joel's point that Kat doesn't punch "Well"....he may have power but his tecnique is not all that. Given the fact that Casa was out of the ring and still made the count says either Casa has one hell of a beard or Kat doesn't puch as hard as everyone claims.

 

I f'ing hate Casa. He is such a big-mouth fraud. He was out on his feet NUMEROUS times and he is sure to be beaten if he steps up the competition for a payday

 

It was a clean knockdown with a little push at the end and a shot after Casamayor fell into the ropes.

1. left to the body stunns Joel
2. short left hook to the ear makes Casamayor dance towards the ropes
3. short right hook, Casa falling back, trying to grab Katsidis, a little bit of push as Michael moves foreward
4. big right hook when Casamayor's ass seemingly touched the canvas
5. falls out after the last (close to illegal) shot

Joel is wrong... Legitimate KD but the last shot wasn't necessary and that was the one that send Joel out...
