Forget boxers how about some research into mental illness in boxing forum posters?

Psychologists would have a field day on here.

Narcissim, superiority complexes, self delusion, self aggrandisment, closet homosexuality...all are in abundance on here, often in the same post.

There's plenty of bat**** craziness here on ESB :nut

3 and 1/2 years out of the ring and with serious head injury issues hanging over him. Whoever licensed him should have been taken out and shot

Agreed:good. Seen a video recently of george chuvalo and for 73yrs of age, and considering some of the punishment he took from big punchers, hes as eloquent and level headed as you or i. Even more, despite what tragedies hes been through.

Would still knock fk outta some of the guys out there now even at that age. Hes in good shape.

Dunno if he has been mentioned yet but Jake Lamotta (at least when he was younger) definently had something wrong with him. He admitted to raping a girl in the back of a car, nearly beat a man to death with a lead pipe, said that he would randomly lash out at his friends and beat them up if he thought they were talking about him, beat his brother up very badly and of course his wife numerous times. Most of you have probably heard about the time he clocked her so hard one time he thought he killed her and he told his brother he responded that Jake should throw her in the river.

Not even guys in the mafia wanted to **** with him.

Graziano always said he beat Jake in the street. No one on this forum seems to believe that.

Your right about the mentally unstable on here...

Wow, that Danny Green fight was a stinker, I don't think I have ever seen one as bad as that.

I think I would have kicked off if I paid for that crap, I hope it had a decent under card to compensate.

If Graziano claimed to have ever beaten up LaMotta then he was crazier than anyone you can name.

I can't imagine all the anguish Chuvalo has been through, losing three sons and a wife, plus the punches in the ring.

He is a true hero and I would love to meet the man someday.
