    I'm sure they do both, they are a few videos of Floyd practicing certain maneuvers like the pull counter or weaving under a left hook for Hatton. He is the main reason for this drill is just to keep him sharp and for conditioning. When he has his closed workouts, he probably does both

    Yeah, that makes more sense. It's hard to imagine these drills have any meaningful impact in the upper levels of boxing.
