Looking back did Donaire duck casimero? Was the trash talking an excuse? What would've happened had the Donaire showed up for Inoue part II had shown up for casimero? This fight was supposed to be a treat but now it is one of the best fights that never happened. At his age and state of the game at this point, would jonriel be too powerful, too explosive, too hungry, too young ? For nonito Donaire. Prime nonito Donaire> john riel casimero BUT was this simply a risk they purposely ignored? If so how to you have this mythicalogical fight playing out?? Nonito is known for being a power punching counter puncher, who studies an opponent then capitalizes on what their weaknesses are, see Vic darchinyan and other highlight reel knockouts. Nonito had a gift so special his dad fired, his family never understood it that potential of his. In the other hand poor casimero was simply looking for the biggest payday of his career thus far and bragging rights for the winner of this fight for pride at bantamweight and for the eyes of the people (people's champ) instead it was a bust. Would his effective brawling and energy be enough to bring to the table against a guy nonito who they called the matrix because just like neo, he was able to slow down bullets aka punches midway through the air. I like to call Donaire a master of his circumference. What do you think? Hindsight is 20/20.
Casimero didnt do the drug testing, so the fight didnt go through. Donaire still knocks out wild Casimero with a lefthook
No. One simply does not duck Casimero to chase a literal monster. Casimero is a crude caveman and his style is made for Nonito. Nonito would have blasted him out. If Inoue left even a sliver of Nonito's soul intact, I'd favor Nonito to destroy him even now. Too bad Nonito and his wife are massive divas.
He didn't duck him exactly. He was *****-whipped into not fighting him. I like Donaire, but Casimerogate is a rare embarrassing episode in his career. (He would, of course, have knocked Casimero out.)
