Being a third world country doesn't automatically mean it's a poor country. It has poverty just like every other country does but it isn't a poor country overall. It is the 32nd largest economy. Countries like India has a large economy but has so much poverty as well.

Having issues with some Filipinos on this board and on Twitter that are taking shots at your favorite fighter is no excuse to talking down to on an entire country and its people.

Modern day sports nutrition, science, medicine, and overall longer life spans have wielded superior athletes. If a guy is fighting 6-10X a year, the opposition ain't great. That's hard logic. There isn't a fighter today, no matter how supremely conditioned, can fight top opposition that many times a year. It's why so many pros have a ton of fights per year coming up and then it tapers down significantly once they hit the world level. Think, idiot.
