November 5, 1963 Tuesday Morning at 2:00 AM. The World's Most Colorful Boxer visited the World's Meanest Man. Cassius who showed up in front of Liston's new home in Denver, made a noisy welcome, as he blared the horn from his 'second hand' red bus. Like a script from a 'B' movie, Cassius emerged from the bus screaming at Liston's house, challenging the Champion to come out and fight. Within a minute, Sonny, came out of the front door of his home, wearing a gold bathrobe and carrying a gold crowned cane, looking like a dapper gentleman. Within minutes, '7' Police Cars showed up, like a scripted foremat, as the neighbors of Liston all turned their front porch lights on to see the commotion. While the colorful Clay was ranting, approximately 100 of his followers were also clogging up the street. Also followng Cassius, were several newspaper reporters who just happened to have their camera's with them, as they had them pointed in the right direction, towards Liston's front lawn.
