He's going to be fighting sebastian lujan at 147..If he wins after that can he beat any legitemate top 10 welterweight and establish himself in that weight or is he finish or too small?

Castillo is done. He doesn't belong at WW, and probably doesn't even belong in the ring anymore, what with all the wear and tear on him.
Any top-10 WW destroys him IMO. After all, even Ricky "one-division wonder" Hatton did.

He's a two weight division champ, if your going to insult him at least get your facts right.

IMO Castillo was only ever gonna be good at LW where he had quite a size advantage. He's also been through alot now, I think its time to walk out.

Take it easy, son. I actually like Hatton, but everybody knows that at 147 he hasn't shown to be anywhere near as effective as at 140, and most top-10 WW's would beat him.
Since he also dominated and overwhelmed Castillo, i figured it would be a good way to illustrate Castillo's grim prospects at 147.

Castillo could have been a force at 140 had he climbed the ladder a little - instead he went for the top man and got destroyed.

He was effective at 135 because of his size advantage and skills - at 140 the skills would have been there and would have had parity sizewise, except with Hatton.

i would have favor him over hatton if he was still young and in his prime. He's actually a big lightweight and could have been a top guy at 140

Tough one - a prime Castillo could have dragged Hatton into a war, if the fight was at 135 I would edge slightly in his favour, but at 140 it would be Hatton 99/100
