Just re-watched the fight today and again scored it a DRAW. People need to stop screaming ROBBERY about this fight. Lettermand had it 115-111 for Castillo which is just a really ******ed score. Also the judges went a little ridiculous with the score with one of them having it 116-111 for Mayweather, that along with Letterman's card which a lot of rookie boxing fans believe is the actual score haha is what sparked all the Robbery drama. It was a really close fight, a draw would have been a good call. You can also dispute the fact that Castillo was the champion and should have been given the nod, but also don't forget Mayweather fought with an injured arm. End of the day the rematch clearly proved who was the better fighter. So stop screaming robbery people, this fight could have gone either way. Robbery is Lara vs Williams, Lewis vs Holyfield, De La Hoya vs Sturm... those are robbery.
It was no robbery. I think I had Mayweather by a point, but it was not a robbery at all. Only haters say it´s a robbery.
funny considering neither of you have watched the fight _______ I had mayweather by a point but I could agree with the thread starter if he wanted to push it as a draw
I have watched the fight. But unlike you i watched both fighters. You probably only watched that fight cause it was just another opportunity for you to see Floyd with a shirt off, you probably didnt even noticed Castillo was there.:yep
Tnx for the input! How did u know I didn't watch it!??? Ur amazing! I feel all embarrassed now u found out. Can u do other stuff like read pps minds and do David copperfield magic tricks and stuff? Is ur name really Oblonghead? I strongly suggest u go to Britain has talent! U will be a star. That could ur stage name, right. Oblonghead, who gives head right....
I watched that fight a long time ago, and scored it 2 rounds for Castillo. I thought Mayweather was pretty lucky to get the decision at the time. I'll need to rewatch it, though. But the most important things is, Mayweather immediately rematched him and beat him convincingly to dispel any doubts.
