Try and tolerate it but i hate listening to casuals talking about boxing

    personal favourites are

Steve Collins wouldve ruined roy jones in his prime

If hatton moved up a weightand fought Calzaghe thatd be a british mega fight

Trying to get a lad i know into boxing and saying - youll be a fan after youve seen a good fight ..his reply " ive seen a good fight...i watched klitschko v Haye"

    and this gem

Best fight that can be made in Boxing right now... Floyd Mayweather v David Haye

I do accept that these strange twats exist and I don't mind, just as long as they stay as far away from me as humanly possible, I don't want at look to them, I don't want to speak to them and I certainly don't want to ****ing listen to them, any attempt by these mongs will be met with a strong dose of casual violence.

I don't think fans of any sport really mind someone asking even silly questions.

I occasionally say to fans/experts of a certain sport something like 'this doesn't really make sense to me,perhaps you could explain why........'

talking about canello vs floyd with my mates last night and they are knowledgable enough but there was a young traveller there who said mayweather is the greatest of all time, i pretended not to hear

he probably saw a video of mayweather claiming he is the greatest of all time and ran with it

strange cause i heard that one a lot recently too, i think some casuals saw collins calling out RJJ on really old videos after collins wbo defences and took his word for it that RJJ was scared :patsch

They were on Sky's 'The Gloves Are Off' together recently, that's probably where it comes from. Collins was saying RJJ ducked him, then Eubank said Collins ducked Calzaghe, then Collings was angry as **** at Eubank for the rest of the interview, it was highly amusing.

Yeah, there are people who haven't got a clue about boxing in general but love the big fights. No big deal to me really, just educate them slightly and be done with it. Maybe they've got more important things in life to be concerned with?

I bet there's a lot of other sports that people on here are clueless about as well. Some on here need to get off their high horses.
