Catch weights are a blessing to boxing here is why

    This. World title fights fighters should be able to weigh in any weight up to the limit. Non title fights catchweights are fine.

    Yeah, and watch the internet explode after their favorite fighter loses because of a weight issue :roll:

    If you are against catchweights then you should be against G and Floyd meeting at 154, try to think about it for a minute, I know that can be painful for you.

    If professional fighters are drained it's their own fault. With six weeks to train you can come in at almost any weight if you are serious about reaching it. James Toney lost 50 pounds in a month. All these busters whining about two or three pounds are little *****es and ought to get out of the sport.

    because neither are junior middleweights, not even close actually, one is way under and the other way over....also known as a catchweight

    Sorry, I still don't see the problem. Certainly not a catchweight problem.
    I don't have a problem if they both agree to fight at an official weight tbh. Not if they're fight is for that belt.
