Another great fight for boxing.i hope the winner gets in with prograis

I like Ramirez and I think his style pairs nicely with Taylor's

I favor Taylor but it's going to be a good fight

    I'm not so sure.

Prograis looked the part as well but he might well be a flash in the pan as well.

Plus there's a lot if squeaking past type decisions. I'm not convinced Taylor or Ramirez are any better then Postol.

A lot of you guys are underestimating Ramirez. Despite Taylor looking more impressive against Postol, Ramirez would have more of a chance drawing Taylor into a toe-to-toe battle. IMO Taylor vs Ramirez will be a war fought on the inside to mid-range where both guys do their best work.

I wish Taylor would stay at 140. It would be dope to see someone actually reign over that garbage of a division.

It's pretty much a given that Taylor wins.

What difference will it make. Taylor is the better inside fighter and better boxer, counters better mid-short range too. Ramirez will work his ass off but he's outgunned here I think. Taylor's short right hook inside will stop Ramirez' wide power hook I would imagine

I got into it with a JCR fan from across the pond the other day

    He said:

''The reason I think Ramirez is better is cause he has more movement, he can fight good attacking or counter punching plus he has very good combinations and the only good thing that I can see on taylor is that he hits the body perfectly''

I was like.. hmm.. OK, Dre

I'll give Ramirez enough respect to say he lasts 12, but he gets outclassed and beaten up.

Win or lose, Jose Ramirez is never going on my top 6 P4P.

I cant say with straight face that only 5 fighters in the world are better than Ramirez.

    Ramirez simply isn't that good.

I cant put Taylor over Crawford yet either. Even after he wins.

Both Taylor and Ramirez have gone life and death with an aged Postol. Ramirez didn't even win IMO.

Bud toyed with a prime Postol. There's a gap between these guys.

Josh BARELY BARELY got past Regis. Josh went the distance with Baranchyk.

Is there anyway on Earth Baranchyk lasts the distance with Bud?

Crawford would kick the **** outta Taylor, Prograis, and Ramirez.

Josh barely got past Regis because Regis is an awesome fighter just like he is. They are both brilliant boxers and can easily mix it with Crawford.

Taylor could have easily took Postol to school. But Josh decided to win in style. Just like he went toe to toe with Baranchyk. Common sense says you shouldn't do that. Josh Taylor is an entertainer. He could bore us all to death but he chose not to.

We'll see how good Crawford is when he has to take bombs from the hardest 147lbs puncher in the game, Kell Brook. If a few of those brownies lands clean, believe me...he won't last long.

After Crawford wipes out Brook, which he will, i expect you to offer excuses.

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that Prograis and Taylor, while very good fighters, are a level below the likes of Crawford/Spence.

A level below Crawford I tend to agree.but I don't know what makes you believe Spence is a level above Taylor? Their careers are very similar in terms of achievements and quality of opposition only difference Taylor has done it in half the time.
