Caught steroid users by country of residence

Inspired by a recent interview by Wilder, on the scene. He accused Povetkin of using steroids, explaining his recent success in a manner similar to how Mayweather was treating Pac.

So, lets start. I obviously do not know all of the caught steroid users so I appreciate all input.

Conditions: No groundless accusations, i.e. Pac was juicing because May said so, there needs to be tangible proof.

Lets begin with USA:

3. James Toney
4. Evander Holyfield
5. Shannon Briggs
6. Guilermo Jones (Panama *edited* but fights out of US)

Any others? We shall consider pro career only because lets face it, amateurs are all on something given how much prestige a country gains from olympic gold medals.

I am not counting amateurs. Like I mentioned in the post, all ammeters are doing shady ****, you have teenage girls beating grown men in swimming, that's quality pharma right there.

 

I think there was also Pac's current strength/conditioning coach, Fontane is it, that was caught?

precisely my point. I am just waiting for the other side of the argument. I am mainly interested in

As they are the powerhouse champion producers. So far it is pretty one sided.
