A fight you will never find,,,,,,,,another ESPN Classic Alvino 'Killer' Manson vs Quadir Montaqim An epic Light Heavyweight Bomb-Fest
I was living in Washington State, USA at the time. I had just come off a mountain climb and was heading back to watch the tape delay of that fight. For some reason the radio station I was listening to in the car played a BBC update of that fight stating that it was brutal but not over. I had a bad, bad feeling. I watched the fight, tape-delayed, later without knowing the outcome. That fight almost stopped me from ever watching another match again, seriously. I don't think I could watch that tape.
Liakhovich/Lamon Brewster is one of the best heavyweight slugfests of the past few decades. Tyson had become much cruder by the time he faced Ruddock. Ruddock had fell in love with his power as well. I think both could be described as caveman slugfests. Very good fights.
