I mean Calzaghe retired with record 48-0 while Floyd have only 40-0.
They both beat 2 ATG while Floyd cheated one of them at the scale.

So will Floyd be ever able to reach the ATG level or
..... at least massive popularity of Joe Calzaghe?

Floyd is better than JC IMO, but I would understand if someone disagreed because JC did own the SMW division for sometime.

I don't like Floyd but he is clearly better than Slappy, Slappy's best wins are over a 40 yr old shot Jones, and a 43 yr old Hopkins, he put on his ass in both fights as well. While PBF has good wins over Corrales, Hernandez , Chavez, ODLH, and Hatton.

That is one more point since Floyd never truly owned any division so far.

JC owned the SMW division for a very short time holding WBOGUS title doesn't mean a thing, especailly while someone else is a unified champ.

I totally agree with you, honestly i only credit him with beating Lacy and Kessler. Floyd's got better opposition.

    Money May owns 130-147

Mosley ducked Money May at both 135 and 147 previously. Hatton ducked Money May for years at 140 so money may got tired of it and went up to 147 to capture the linear championship which he is gracious enough to give Mosley a shot at after ducking him twice

It just confirms he never beat the best competition in any division,
he rather slipped from one division to another before he truly cleaned it out.
