Do you think is fair to order a mandatory between Ivan Calderon and Hugo Cazares?? Calderon won the 108lbs title from Hugo Cazares. The only fight Cazares did after his lost was in 112lbs. There are more people out there. Calderon was unable to unify at 105lbs because everyone was running away from him. His manager offered money to Ulises Solis and Sosa to unifiy at 108lbs and they both refused to fight Calderon. Now Calderon is getting a OBLIGATORY REMATCH for a fight he clearly won. When would Calderon be allowed to make the money he deserves????

I agree that he should fight Solis, but the first fight was a split decision, wasn't a bad scrap, and Cazares is clearly a top notch contender, so not altogether a bad fight.

did you ever saw the first fight? Calderon got KD, and the fight was close but i do agree he did about enough to win but that fight was on PR, if it was on other country cazares could have got the nod. So I don't see any problem with this fight. Its just like confirming his win over cazares by beating him again and to further cement his legacy

See the problem I have with it is. Everybody, except some mexicans say the same. "It was close but he won". Is not like it was a robbery. How many times you see a Champion obligated to do his first mandatory defense against the same guy who he already beat?? Specially since Hugo Cazares hasn't fight at 108 lbs after his lost. Why can't he get a mandatory like Floyd does???? They made Hatton a Mandatory when he only had one fight at 147lbs and most people saw him lose. Doesn't this man deserve to make some money too??? Are we being overprotective of Floyd??? I know a lot of people is making money out of Floyds success and he is american. But you got to be fair. How come Cazares lose and stays #1?? HE shoul fight the #2 and then Calderon?? I know is going to be very hard for Calderon to win again. Calderon was the smallest at 105lbs. already. Now he has to fight this guy wo comes to the ring at about 130 pounds??? I just don'e see it fair. Cazares days at 108lbs are counted anyways

I like the way boxrec has it. Where Cazares is ranked #4. Calderon is #2 and Solis #1. Calderon has a better record then Solis but most of his fights have been at 105

Plus you have to take a look at who Solis and Sosa are going to fight
