Wow, yeah, the actual stoppage itself was a very silly moment chosen by the ref. You could say that was in Calzaghe vs. Manfredo territory because of the fact that Robles was literally just throwing light shoeshines at him at that moment but in the previous round Cuevas had been down and hurt a bunch of times.
