Him not fighting Manny this year does not make him afraid of the dude, if that is the case the same could be said about Manny for not fighting Floyd the first time around. Here's my 1st assumption, Manny didn't fight Floyd the first time around because he was caught off guard with Floyds demand, and probably needed time to get clean if dirty.

My 2nd assumption is, the reason why Floyd is not fighting him is because Manny made him wait, so why not make Manny wait now. Roach choose Manny opponents carefully, he thinks Mayweather is damaged goods. Seeing how Floyd took those big shot in the 2nd rd of the Mosley fight. The whole Pac team would love for Manny to fight Floyd now. Anyone who is familier with how Roach has been picking Pac opponents lately could see through the BS that's trying to be pulled right now, but Floyd is not gonna fight him when they want him to, he's gonna fight when he's ready to.
