This im excited about. CC has definitly lost a step since coming to the UFC. But both these guys are bonafide strikers who made their careers in the K1. Only problem is Barry is a small heavy. Im guessing "right leg hospital, left leg cemetery" CC by KO!!
I'm excited too. CC needs to show us he is back but I've heard his talk before and he is now the MMA Zab Judah. All of PB's victories have come by stoppage and we all like the story about him having no money then earning $120k from his last fight. If PB is still hungry, hungry then that could play bad for a mentally weak CC.
This is an interesting matchup. Cro Cop without a doubt was a better kickboxer in his prime then Barry once because its obvious hes slowed down a bit and mentally he hasnt been strong since the Gonzaga defeat. Mirko has a nice height advantage which could help but Barry is a very tough guy himself and if he starts getting after them legs it could be the end for Cro Cop. I cant wait for this or UFC 115 period I like cards that feature exicting matchups like this.
Exciting fight. I'm going with the youth and hunger of Barry over the skill and experience of Cro-Cop here.
