Now I dont think he'd beat either of the Klitschkos but considering the guys that have fought for titles recently,hasnt this guy been a bit unlucky? Surely hes been good enough to fight for some title at this stage? Beat some decent fighters. Beat McCall,who is still a threat quite comfortably recently. I mean, hes probably better than Sosnowski, Mormeck, Johnson, Briggs(at this stage) right?
He had won every round but one in that fight he just gassed. You are right though had he won that fight he would have got a shot at someone with a belt eventually...
