    Hank Armstrong beat Ceferino at welter, and drew (disputed) with him at MW.
    Rubin a legit, strong MW should be able to decision Garcia.

    Dont agree with that line of thinking, Armstrong had a style that was wrong for Ceferino (aswell as being a top5/10 ATG), he smothered all Garcias offense, using that same thought line you can say Garcia should win based off Apostoli being a strong legit MW (more so than Carter) who Garcia beat, so I dont really like going down that road
