    is upset after the executive vice president of World Boxing Association (WBA), Gilberto Jesus Mendoza, said the boxer is not the mandatory challenger to the "regular" featherweight champion Jonathan Victor Barros. The clarification came after Caballero tried to protest Barros' upcoming fight on February 18 in Panama against Mexico's Marco Lopez

    to be fair though, WBA has three "champions." Caballero could certainly expect to be one of 3 mandatories.
