he is 34 now so the time has come to fight anyone, juanma has been ducking him for 2 years so he can't waste anymore time chasing that joke. at 130 the titles are there for the taking so he could run the division, maybe a win over roman martinez may force juanma to take the fight if caballero publically calls him out after the fight with martinez being puerto rican.
