I have seen Haye and Valero have one punch KO's. One punch knock out are very very rare at championship level. I don't need to look up some guy from 1765. Haye & Valero have 90% KO ratio against decent opposition. They are Knock Artists.
Also, look at Danny Jacobs. Looked a brutal puncher aainst nobodies. Clearly below average when he 'stepped up' (Ishe Smith wasn't it) So no, I don't think 100% KO record is 'incredible', especially when you watch the 'K.O's', there was one Jap bum that actually looked a decent shot, and Valero winged it from his ankles.
Genuine KO artist. Because we can view his fights and SEE how big of a puncher he was. Mugabi was more legit' than Valero. Yory Boy Campas as well. Alfonso Zamora. They earned the monikor 'KO Artist'. Valero was manafactured.
Katsidis is the better fighter but Valero certainly had a bludgeoning effect when he hit people. Wouldve been a gory showdown that one, I'd go with the more proven fighter in Katsidis to win a battle of attrition.
And Valero didn't spark anyone at World level. Decent power, but an accumulative hitter and a sloppy, wild finiser. All of his 'genuine' KOs came against poor opposition. Hell, he had three decent opponents in his career.
