@ufc Get drunk and wreck cars or do steroids between fights is OK. Smoke weed legally between fights and NSAC throws the book at you From his twitter, love the shot at bones jones too, :bbb:rasta http://twitter.com/#!/CesarGracieBJJ/status/204659306233212929
what does he care. nick is retired remember... oh wait the dumb**** has burnt through half of those big paydays already?? whoops....
Cesar is almost as stupid as Nick. What the **** does getting a DUI have to do with commission? It's not like Jones showed up drunk for his last **** test and crashed his Bentley into the octagon. I don't agree with marijuana prohibition, but the **** is illegal in most states and under federal law, and it's considered a banned substance by the ACs. There's no ****ing excuse for Diaz's inability to abstain from smoking for a few weeks so that he could pass the test. I seriously don't understand how anybody is defending that ****ing degenerate after the way he embarrassed himself yesterday. He's done just about everything to **** up the run in the UFC that he got handed on a silver platter. ****'s ridiculous.
Nick Diaz's bull**** has turned Caesar gracie in to MMA's version of this... This content is protected It's VERY sad to see. Nick pissed hot, it's all on him and no one else
NSAC can deny a fighter a license for that kind of thing...even their big money maker Mayweather had to have a hearing and convince them to license him for one fight after his whole court battle over his wife
Jones got arrested three days ago. He wasn't in any trouble before his last fight, and no AC has had any time to respond to the incident. Gracie was citing the incident as some sort of double standard when no sanctioning body has time to respond to it if they even choose to take issue with it.
great, but that isn't at all what you insinuated...you insinuated that the commissions jones getting a DUI is not any of the commissions business so chillax bro, don't get all diaz on us
In comparison to Diaz, what Bones did was way more reckless and idiotic. Yet Bones will most likely face no penalty from the UFC/Athletic Commissions. That ***** is just lucky he hit a pole instead of a person. Drunk driving is way more irresponsible than smoking weed a week before a fight, but that is just a rational opinion, not a UFC/NSAC opinion.
That's not just UFC though, potheads get a bad rap and worse punishments than drunks anyway, even DUI Carwrecks. But he's right. Nothing more will even be said about the Overeem incident except him maybe protesting his innocence or bringing out his excuse, and he'll be in line for a title or one fight away from it when he comes back at the end of the year/early 2013. And I'm a fan of Jones but he's really been left with egg on his face after what he's done, especially after apologising and then removing it. Why would you remove a heartfelt apology? Dig a hole, Bones.
