Chávez Jr. cannot be put in the ring with either Cotto or Martínez.

    I think a fight with Cotto isn't absurd. Chavez is a huge middleweight (in terms of how much he rehydrates). Miguel would be crap at 160 as well

    P4P Cotto is leagues above Chavez Jr but this fight would probably be at 160. Cotto is a welterweight really, he's 5 ft 6 ffs. It isn't inconceivable that Cotto would lose because of the disparity in size and the weight it's being fought at.

    At 154, I think Cotto would win but it's not as clear cut and many think imo. If Chavez Jr can use that jab and keep his distance (he's 6 inches taller with a 6 inch reach advantage) he could beat him.

    Martinez on the other hand toys with Chavez.
