    ...I've put it all in one article; you will not have to read long posts from me about the Dawson v. Diaconu fiasco from now on!:deal

    The first part of the article goes through the various stages of Dawson's ducking. The second part shows that there can be no argument made that would excuse Dawson's ducking. The conclusion is that the fight will never happen. The article also touches on the Dawson v.Tarver passing of the torch. Gary Shaw is also mentioned.

    I cant wait till Chad Dawson mops the floor with Diaconu if Diaconu wont cancel the fight AGAIN that is. :good

    That wasn't biased was it :lol: What a rubbish article.

    I hope that Dawson and everybody else isn't underestimating Tarver, Tarver might look ugly when he fights but he can beat anybody on the right night, i thought he looked great against Woods in his last fight. I really can't wait for this fight. A fight with Diaconu would mean nothing to me apart from the fact that it would shut up his fans

    Yeah cos you speak for everyone when you say nobody wants to see the Tarver fight and stating your opinions as facts. An objective person is gonna look at the situation and see that Dawson doesn't want to fight Diaconu, he wants to fight guys like Johnson and Tarver, hardly easy touches. We can all see that Diaconu has fought nobody, we all know that Dawson was ready to fight Diaconu and Diaconu pulled out so he's obviously not afraid to fight him. If Diaconu had put on some quality performances since then you could maybe make a case that Dawson was scared but all he has done is nearly lose to an average fighter in Henry.

    Dawson is everything that is right with boxing, willing to lose his belt to fight the best guys, the guys with the name and the track record. There's plenty of time to fight Diaconu in the future, first of all he needs to beat some quality fighters, if he beat somebody of the quality as an Adamek or a Johnson then i'd be first in line to demand a Dawson-Diaconu fight. As it stands now the fight doesn't interest me or knowledgable boxing fans anymore that a Dawson vs journeyman fight. Because at the moment Diaconu hasn't shown that he's anything above a journeyman, i really can't see anything impressive about him, he's an all round solid fighter but he lacks power and stamina and he's undersized for a light-heavy, especially against someone like a Dawson or a Tarver. I really don't understand the hype for the little guy, do people just dislike Dawson or do they think Dawson stands for american hype?
    I'm australian and i judge fighters on their skills and ability, Dawson is an A grade fighter.

    Ive been ducking your dumbass post about this topic for a while, but damn dude, you know there are 10,000 other boxers dont you:huh

    Bottomline is Dawson signed to fight this guy, the guy got hurt, Dawson moved on. All the talk of ducking is BS.

    Chad Dawson is the reason gas prices are so high.

    Antonio Margarito and Oscar De La Hoya were going to face off on Dec 6th but Chad Dawson told Oscar to fight Manny instead.
