Listen man,I don't WANT him to get KOed but all fights point to that sooner or later,it happened to Roy,it's not a shame. And he really needs to get some dialect classes or something,he speaks like he is a little slow.Anyway if he ain't gona fight mandatories he should just vacate titles immediately after he wins them,no need to hug the belt

He might turn out to be the next thing, but in the Diaconu fight you can see he is a good fighter and like you said he is exciting

I'm too tired with the topic to spend all my time here but the facts are: Dawson shouldve fought Diaconu and didnt. The ducking is well documented in Decebals article....read it....it merely states the facts.......Diaconu is a good fighter who earned his shot, he's wanted nothing more than to beat a big name(much like Dawson). Dawson couldve defended his WBC title against Diaconu and still be fighting Tarver on the scheduled date....Fact is both Dawson and Diaconu are good fighters and are the future of the division.....I've dwelled on the past enough, hopefully they fight in the future....If Diaconu gets past Branco and Johnson and beats Johnson much clearly than Dawson did the fight will HAVE to happen
Lets hope this fight happens for the sake of boxing and for the sake of Dawson and Diaconu fans alike

    Cheers

Who gives a **** how he speaks, he's a boxer and how does it affect you? Why would you think he's gonna get KO'd, Adamek a big puncher caught him with a perfect shot and Chad brushed it off to win the rest of the round, against Johnson he got nailed repeatably when he was fatigued and he never went down, he still went toe to toe. Maybe not the smartest thing but it proves he's got a fighters heart and a good chin.

Jones was past his prime and didn't have a chin by that point, most likely due to him coming down all of that weight from the Ruiz fight. Also, Dawson has a business degree and when he was in his early 20's, he was a security guard for a local school, so obviously hes not slow. He is also champion and is not a brawler, but an excellent boxer. That takes a lot of brains wouldn't you think? I studder...............pretty bad, but does that mean I'm slow? Just because someone has a speech impediment doesn't mean that they are slow.

Everyone knows that Floyd Sr. didn't like Chad ever since he fired him. He was just throwing things out there.

I'm really tired of this, that's why I put it all to paper and made an article of it, so we wouldn't ever have to go over the same old stuff. We can just post a link to the article in future, if anyone wants to know what went on.:good

By the way, I posted the contents of this article in a post on the forum of the scene of boxing and they banned me!

Message said: DON'T COME BACK and that my ban would be lifted: NEVER

Ah...the joys of free speech on the internet...oh, hang on!

like i've said before even Diaconu's promoter said that Dawson is not scared of fighting him, that its just business.

why can he see this, and yet you can't

Like I've said before, show me the source of that statement! What he has actually said was the opposite - that Dawson had never wanted to fight Diaconu.

I'm no promoter, Pharaoh, I am no hack either; I don't depend for my living on kissing anyone's arse, whether Gary Shaw's or Dawson's or Diaconu's or his promoter's...so I can write thinks as they are! Why should I care about the way Diaconu's promoter does his business or his stance on the matter?

Professional boxing is a dirty business and it is stupid to care the way I do, or to try and right wrongs or point them out. But that's just the way I am. You get a lot of posters here on ESB too who don't care about the truth, who are not interested in facts; they love Dawson for some reason, and that's that! He's perfect and everything he does is great! Promoters depend on such people. But I don't. I made an effort to describe all the facts, and I've only gotten grief in return.

What bugs you that I write what happened, anyway? You think Dawson has done the right thing - that's your business. You won't convince me that I'm wrong, nor will anyone else, unless they come with fair arguments based on facts! They cannot, in this case, and they are not even trying. They're just repeating their devotion for Dawson. Fine.

But let me catch them ever saying Calzaghe is ducking Pavlik or let me hear them call Taylor a hype-job, given that he's fought Pavlik when he could have easily done a Dawson and fought RJJ or Tarver after Hopkins, instead...then, they're hypocrites of the lowest kind, and they go straight on ignore.

If they don't like me or the facts that I've described here, fairly, let them ignore me; I don't care for such people anyway. End of story.
