    Read again dummy.
    The Ring belt had been around before, and stopped for some time. If you follow, who had the belt before it was removed, to where it would be now, then it would lead to Erdei.

    Still I dont care Erdei any more so than Dawson and think Dawson or Pascal would make a good champ

    I agree, it is a joke, look at the names of some of the fighters in there. Then you have a fighter like D Haye who has won WBC WBA WBO Ring CW titles, and the WBA HW title all in 24 fights, most of those fights were away yet hes not P4P.
    The Klitschkos have worked through the HW division yet arent in there either.
    C John has wins over Marquez, Gainer and Juarez which is arguably better resume then Dawson or Williams but guess what, hes not mentioned either

    Not exactly. Hill became lineal when Ring wasn't publishing.

    Flyweight was a funny situation though. The Ring champ and the lineal champ were one and the same when ring went under. Flyweight lineal title changed hands about 20 times, and FINALLY, with Pong beating Koki, the Ring title is back again. But Pong was lineal titlist for 7 years before, tracing lineage all the way back to Miguel Canto.

    The article only mentioned about Jones when LHW Ring champ so I couldnt say about any other division, but DM beat hill before Jones to win WBA & IBF titles I believe
