    He had nothing left to give except his life. He was just taking a beating. He saved himself some health.

    I'm not even sure how much strength he had going into the fight.

    It's hard not to quit. That alone is a constant battle and why many of us admire these fighters.

    He has to be up there with James Kirkland. At least Kirkland gets up and tries to fight when he gets his Glass Jaw shattered. Dawson just quit.

    Nah he had to quit. What was the point in going two more rounds of that? What would he achieve? He had been down 3 times and had no way of winning.
