Chad Dawson is shameless

B-Hop is my boy, but don't you think it's ironic that your getting on Dawson for using "shameless" tactics against Hopkins? Hopkins is the same guy who throw the Puerto Rican flag on the ground, twice. He also threw rice and beans at Tito and said it was his last meal. Let's also not forget about his racially charged comments before the Calzaghe fight.

Back to Chad. Chad has already said that he wants to fight the Pascal/Diaconi winner. However, Hopkins is a top 5 p4p fighter. Hopkins is also rated no.2 in that division. So if Dawson wants to be the recognized champ, he has to beat Hopkins. I see no problem whatsoever in Chad calling out Hopkins. Using "shameless" tactics to do so is fine with me. This is boxing, and Hopkins would be doing the same thing if he were Chad.

 

I see your point... but its pretty frustrating to see chad put on these boring ass shut outs like his last 2 fights have been against grand pa's. To be honest, i dont think anyone was excited about his last 2 fights. And the hopkins fight is another guarenteed snooze fest :-(

hell i would laugh if somone threw a pizza at an italian guy too...

at least when hopkins does it its sorta funny.. chad is as boring with his trash talk as with his fighting. Its like when mosley tries to trash talk, you can tell its fake.

 

Dawson has to be the worst draw in boxing among the top Champions. He makes Hopkins looks like De La Hoya by comparison!
