so yuor defence is to cal people ******ed if they have an opinion, well i coulnt be bothered with a slanging match

the reality is if calzaghe kept fighting the knowlegable boxing fans and critics would demand he fought dawson, the critcism of him taking easy opnions had already started and if he keep on fighting and didnt fight dawson it would have diminished his reputation significantly. since a fight with dawson is a 50-50 fight he opted to retire and eliminate the chance that he may lose and at the same time dismiss dawson as if hes a nobody. another point is that calzaghe was probably in the prime of his career so why woulnt you want to fight the best?

honest critcism- joe fought the majority of his carreer protecting his 0, and when the chance come to prove he is the best lhw in the world he retired, arguably in his prime, so my criticism of joe is that he opted not to fight dawson in the sense of losing his perfect record.

he does deserve credit for taking on kessler and winning, that was a good win against a legit champ, and the hopkins fight was a good win but the rest of his career you flush down the toilet, a win against dawson would have shut the critics.

cotto does not throw a right hook from a southpaw stance like chad. cotto has nowhere near anything as remarkable as that. this is what seperates the ordinary to the elite.

 What about the next 6 then??

That fight was as close as they come.

Pacquiao is easily the best offensive boxer in the world, has been since the decline of Roy Jones in '03-'04.

You obviously have'nt seened enough of Chad Dawson to say something like that, the only thing Pac has over Dawson offensively is his straight left, in a pound for pound sense Chad has equal handspeed to Pac.

I disagree with the title statement.

Personally, I think your very own Miguel Cotto is more complete offensively.

Chad Dawson has a shaky chin, leaky defence and ZERO ADAPTABILITY. Shocking ring intelligence.

He already has a loss to Glen Johnson and will lose to Tarver in the rematch. The only reason Dawson done so well against Adamek is because of the weight, look how well Adamek is doing now at Cruiser !

I will call in OTG live and say the exact same stuff

I think Cotto is at least 3rd on my list on the best offensive fighters but the reason why I would'nt choose him over Dawson on offense is because Dawson is equally strong with both hands and his double/triple jab is the best in sport but I do think Cotto has the best left hook in boxing right now.:good

****** ass Euro. You are the type that is still riding high b/c of Calzaghe Lacy....guess what homo...Dawson already shits on ALL of Calzaghe's accomplishments before the last 2 years. He already beat better fighters. :rofl
