    No, he got exposed by a younger, faster, more explosive lightheavyweight that he wasn't used to seeing. Pascal also showed how limited he is when you give him movement and time him coming in. He never hurt Pascal once, even when Pascal got tired, Pascal rocked him several times. And guess what, the samething would happen again. Dawson is another Zab Judah, a front runner and big mouth punk trying to convince himself he's some kind of tough guy, when he never was.

    Really? Fast forward to 4:13 on the video below, pay close attention at 5:47, then come back and tell me Pascal wasn't hurt and/or in danger, I'll wait...

    Either you have never seen Dawson fight prior to this fight or you are simply ignoring reality to support your idiotic position, either way you're simply wrong.

    That was due to fatigue and that's what Hopkins was getting at him about when he said he was 4 round fighter.(Pascal has bad stamina) And no, i'm no Dawson hater, I just know that he's beatable and more beatable than you think and the pascal fight clearly showed it. The truth will come out again April 28th. Only way he wins the fight is if Hopkins looks like a shot fighter or he gets a controversial decision the way Taylor and Calzaghe did. He'll need the judges help, because he won't outclass Hopkins like he did all the other washed up old fighters he beat. Adamek is his best win and he ain't that great either.

    Last time, I believe you asked me Cotto-Floyd, right?

    Here, I can give you a clear answer: Hopkins. I'll gladly admit if I'm wrong come fight night, but I think Hopkins can pull it out.

    I'm not saying he's unbeatable, I'm saying Hookins isn't going to beat him, no moe no less. Simply because a decision is close doesn't make it "judge assisted". Dawson doesn't need anything...he's gonna outwork Hopkins and win a clear boring decision, take that to the bank.

    I've made this same point before too, that's why I don't like looking at the first fight with anything. I still think Dawson will win though

    If he does do it, he won't win on it accuracy. He's gonna have to win the fight by outhustling Hopkins like Taylor did. But just remember this though, if a scenerio like that happens, there's no gaurentee the judges are give him the decison based on that, because not all judges give guys fights just based on workrate.

    Hopkins will have to win wide on the cards or get the KO, very doubtful he gets a close decision. In modern times along with Juan Manuel Marquez nobody has been ****ed over more times in close fights then Bernard Hopkins.

    Mercado = Draw
    Taylor = Loss
    Taylor 2 = Loss
    Calzaghe = Loss
    Pascal = Loss

    Both the Taylor fights were a ****ing disgrace and Hopkins got screwed probably because of the HBO agenda manchine who wanted to shift out the 40 year old champion and get him replaced with an up and coming young star in Jermain Taylor it's the same reason why Marquez was never going to get a decision against Pacquiao in their last fight.

    Oh i'm on the samepage as you but it won't prove anything about Dawson as a fighter if he wins like that. Because if he doesn't beat him convincingly, than it looks bad on him because than there's gonna be a debate if he should really be champion. If he wants to impress people, he has to win it convincingly where there's no doubt because the last time that happened was Roy Jones in 93. One thing I would like to add to that though, the Winky Wright fight was a close fight and Hopkins got the decision. So like I said, you can't really say depending on who the judges are, it's not a sure thing.

    The Winky Wright fight is an example of what i'm talking about it was a clear win for Hopkins yet agenda machine HBO payed puppet Harrold Ledderman who had it even :nut:nut

    Wright had his moments but did nowhere near enough to come close to winning that fight, Hopkins imposed his size and power and Wright had no answer.

    It's been close to 7 years that they've been trying to get rid of Hopkins but he's still here oldest world champion in the history of the sport and lineal champion at 175lbs where the **** is Jermain Taylor?

    I thought Hopkins won but he didn't dominate him. It was very competitive like the Taylor fights, who I had Hopkins winning too. And winky also beat taylor.
